All purchases must be returned in their original, sellable condition (unworn with original tags attached and boxing) within 7 days for merchandise credit only.
Domestic orders over $400 USD qualify for free standard shipping. Unfortunately, international orders do not qualify for free shipping at this time
Taxes will be applied to all orders shipped to residents in the state of Georgia.
No sales tax will be applied to gift cards.
Customers, who would like to exchange an item, will need to return the original item in saleable condition with the packing slip. The customer may then place a new order after the merchant credit is issued. We recommend that you ship returns via a trackable and insured method back to our warehouse. Yevrah cannot be held responsible for returned packages that were lost in transit prior to our receipt. Please email us directly for exchanges at customercare@artofyevrah.
International orders will only be shipped by selecting the international shipping tab during the check out process. Subject to your geographical location, customers may be held responsible for custom duties, taxes and/or fees on international orders. International orders are subject delays at customs office. Please contact your local customs office for additional information. Returns or exchanges on international orders will be the sole responsible of the purchaser. Items marked as final sale are not eligible for exchange or merchandise credit.
For your personal satisfaction, protective shoe sole covers are included. As you may know, leather shoe soles will wear over time. As a precautionary measure, we highly advise our customers to place the protective clear covers over each sole.
